The structure of CBN inserts/PCBN inserts/Tools are divided into super brazed CBN inserts, PCBN inserts and solid CBN inserts. The brazed CBN inserts are divided into a brazed tipped CBN inserts(brazed solid CBN corner) and a composite PCBN/CBN inserts.
Inlaid CBN inserts( brazed solid CBN corner ): high-speed cutting, more economical multi-cutting edges, flexible cutting edges clamping and excellent wear resistance, mainly used in semi-finishing and finishing processes.
Composite PCBN/CBN inserts( Tipped PCBN inserts ).: High-speed cutting, balanced wear and fracture resistance, excellent tip strength, excellent performance in interrupted machining, mainly used in semi-finishing and finishing processes.
Integral polycrystalline CBN inserts( Solid CBN inserts ): It is made of CBN material, which combines high hardness, high wear resistance, heat resistance and chipping breakage resistance. It could realize heavy load cutting, hard parts cutting, car grinding and other processesing , rough machining, finishing also could do.
