2, Check the intactness and wear of the shim;
3, Check the shim is securely fastened;
4, Check whether the pressing surface of the clamp is flat;
5, Ensure the CBN inserts fits tightly with the positioning groove;
6, Regularly change the shim, clamp and all locking screws;
7, Avoid using worn tool holder;
8, Keep the tool holder minimum overhang;
9, Do not stop suddenly when the tool tip is not cut out during processing.
